        Speaker Bios:

        Lynn Van Egmond

        President of Soft Landing YYC

Calgary has been Lynn’s home for many years. Lynn’s career paths have always been in service to others as a teacher, as a flight attendant, and now in her business of supporting Seniors and their families through the downsizing process.

Over time Lynn saw with her own Mother who lived in two Senior homes and more recently with dear friends who had lived in their home for 30 years that there is a growing need for supportive help and consultation as Seniors move often to smaller living arrangements. Many Seniors find themselves tackling this daunting task alone with family living elsewhere and friends unable to help.

With almost a year since its beginnings, Soft Landings has helped over 30 families. Lynn and her Soft Landings team are passionate about assisting and coming alongside Seniors to ease the stress of moving as they relocate to new beginnings.

        Jen Kinoshita

        Senior Associate @ Soft Landings

I have cruised through a variety of industries over the years (legal, oil and gas, dental, admin, marketing and tech start-ups) but one common thread has always been my keen desire to organize everyone and everything!

When I met Lynn, President of Soft Landings, I knew I had found a place to pursue my lifelong passion and so much more.  I’ve always loved being a service to others and the downsizing business is filled with incredible caring opportunities and so many amazing stories.

It is Soft Landings desire and commitment to provide personal service and support each step along the process
