 Drum Circle has been known to help older adults reduce tension, and anxiety, boost immune systems, increase energy, and Improve joint mobility, posture, and cardiovascular issues.

Join to learn about the Indigenous way of drumming. "Traditional Hand Drum teachings and sacred songs. The varying beats represent the Heartbeat of Mother Earth. Healing vibrations with understanding the spirit through this Good Medicine" 

Learn about the teachings behind Traditional Hand Drum songs from a new perspective. Passed from her mentors. Respect for the Hand drum is to be in a clean and sober state of mind. All are welcome to participate.

Location: Wellness Connections (Room 317)

Time: 1 pm - 2:30 pm 

This class runs on Tuesdays  May 7, 14,  21, 28, June 4, and 11 2024.

Price:

$15 per Drop-in for Kerby Members

$ 25 per Drop- in for Non-Members

Free on Mental Health Week (May 7) 

Non-refundable. Course credit may be requested up to 1 week before class start date.
