*Starting in our Summer Semester the name of this class will be changing to "Members: More Than Yoga"

Yoga. Pilates. Calisthenics.

This class is not your typical yoga class! You’ll start with a warm-up before moving into some heart healthy movement that activates the muscles you need to enjoy every day. At the end of the class, you will enjoy a short cool down meditation that gives you time to connect your mind and body, and enjoy a feeling of satisfaction.
