    Our Tech Shed program was built of off the Men’s Sheds programs that started in Australia about 20 years ago and spread quickly. Sheds now exist in several countries including more than 20 in Canada. 

    Our Tech Shed now welcomes everyone!

    Join the group for conversation, exploration on current technology, some fun projects if you are interested and a weekly connection in-person and online.

    Are you a Caregiver to a loved one? Unison's Wellness Centre and  Caregivers Alberta in collaboration are here to empower caregivers and help their well-being by providing a supportive group where you can connect with other caregivers. In our program, you can have open conversations about the ups and downs of caregiving while learning about topics relevant to caregivers

    Every last Wednesday of the Month. This is a place of great resource and support for you and your families.

     Drum Circle has been known to help older adults to reduce tension, anxiety, boost immune systems, increase energy, Improve joint mobility, posture, and cardiovascular issues.

    Join to learn about the Indigenous way of drumming. "Traditional Hand Drum teachings and sacred songs. The varying beats that represent the Heartbeat of Mother Earth. Healing vibrations with understanding the spirit through this Good Medicine" 

    Learn about the teachings behind Traditional Hand Drum songs from a new perspective. Passed from her mentors. Respect of the Hand drum is to be in a clean and sober state of mind. All are welcome to participate.

    Laughter Yoga combines yoga breathing techniques with laughter exercises to bring more oxygen to the body and the mind. Breathing exercises and yoga have a variety of health benefits, which may be a bonus and an additional reason to try them.
