    Have you lost a loved one, and are looking for support? Our 9 - week group counseling program will help you rediscover yourself after loss and learn skills to start enjoying and loving your best life again. 

    Register today to meet others who have experienced loss in a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment.

    Important Note: During your first session, we will conduct an assessment to better understand your needs and goals. This will help us determine whether group counseling is the right fit for you. Your comfort and well-being are our highest priorities, and this assessment ensures we can provide the best support possible. If group counseling is not suitable for you at this time, we will provide alternative resources tailored to your needs, and your payment will be fully refunded.

    Sound bath therapy helps to empower individuals on their journey to holistic well-being through the transformative power of sound. It provides a sanctuary of tranquility where individuals can experience profound deep relaxation, inner harmony, and self-discovery.

     Drum Circle has been known to help older adults reduce tension, and anxiety, boost immune systems, increase energy, and Improve joint mobility, posture, and cardiovascular issues.

    Join to learn about the Indigenous way of drumming. "Traditional Hand Drum teachings and sacred songs. The varying beats represent the Heartbeat of Mother Earth. Healing vibrations with understanding the spirit through this Good Medicine" 

    Learn about the teachings behind Traditional Hand Drum songs from a new perspective. Passed from her mentors. Respect for the Hand drum is to be in a clean and sober state of mind. All are welcome to participate.

    This class runs on Tuesdays, September 9,16, and 23, 2025

    September 23 is a special class that will include a Special Reconciliation Activity kit.
