REGISTRATION STARTS June 2, 2025

Zumba Gold is a simple, easy-to-follow program that allows you to move to the beat at your own speed. It's an invigorating, community-focused dance-fitness class that feels fresh and exhilarating! Classes will provide modified, low-impact moves for active older adults or anyone looking for a low-impact, low-intensity workout. Come lose yourself in the  Latin music and rhythms that will make you feel uplifted!

2025 Unison Calgary memberships are available now through the Active Aging Department and Membership Desk.
