Testimonials:
This class was a wonderful surprise. I resisted signing up for a couple of years, and even for a couple of weeks this session expecting screaming thighs from HIIT - lateral jumps, lunges, wall sits. With the online option, I thought I could ease into it. Having the class available online for a couple of days is a bonus.
I’ve been hiking and skiing with aching hips for many seasons, so it was such an unexpected surprise to find that your exercises improved range of motion and comfort in movement.
I can now sleep through the night after a 15 km 200 m EG hike. Thank you!
