Fitness with Dan (Online) Z11B (New Time)

Mondays | Feb 24 – Mar 24 | 9:00 am – 10:00 am 

Traditional aerobics class with emphasis on cardiovascular training.  Options are given for strength training using weights or resistance bands. You are encouraged to work at your own pace.
