This six-week conditioning course will focus on balance & strength training exercises designed to get you ready and stay fit for the hill! Not just for skiing!! The focus of the exercises are also designed for your balance and strength training for all outdoor enthusiasts. Get out those walking poles and snow shoes! Winter is also about fun!
