REGISTRATION STARTS MARCH 4, 2024

Regardless of your size or strength, there are several simple self-defense techniques you can learn to protect yourself. These skills are an effective way of creating a diversation and can be learned by anyone. Bother verbal and physical skills will be taught.

2024 Unison Calgary memberships are available now through the Active Aging Department and Membership Desk.
