REGISTRATION STARTS MARCH 4, 2024

Come join us for a new adventurous experience with weapon-based martial arts! No experience? No problem!

You will learn the foundational practices of Historical European Martial Arts including: breathing, balance, footwork, the proper angles for attacks. This course will give you everything you need to find your footing, improve your fitness and challenge your mind!

ONLY 10 SPOTS AVAILABLE

2024 Unison Calgary memberships are available now through the Active Aging Department and Membership Desk.

Location: Gym

**This class runs on Wednesdays during the scheduled dates.**

NOTE:  No class June 5

FEE:

  • $70 Kerby Member / Super Membership
  • $100 Non-Member
