Tai Chi and Tai Chi Qi Gong is a series of movements and poses that make up a meditative form of exercise with both physical and spiritual health benefits. The continuous ebb and flow of the circulatory, respiratory and lymphatic systems helps to reduce stress, increase coordination, balance and range of motion.

Welcome to Drum Fit in collaboration with Prominence Way Retirement Community.
Drumming is a fun way to increase motion and memory. It can improve the range of motion in your arms, music helps reduce stress and anxiety and can enhance your mood.
Please have these items ready:
A lot of different items will work. If using smaller items, use a sturdy/solid foot stool or bench to place the ball and bucket on to raise it up,

Strong core balance is necessary for good posture, balance, mobility and safety around the house. Various equipment will be used to train muscles associated with activities for daily living.

Designed for all outdoor enthusiasts (or anyone looking for new challenge in their weekly workout routine) Stay Fit will focus on balance, strength training, & range of motion. Participants must be able to come down to a floor mat.
